I am from nw Ohio. My name is Will and I use the Char-Griller pro smoker. I been doing mostly pork spare and babybsck ribs but i have done a couple of shoulders and beef briskets. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find apple powder? I've tried using the dried apples from the bulk food section from soters but these are still soft and gummy so they don't grind well in a food processor. Thanks for any help
