Hi,

I live in Phoenix, AZ, and I've been smoking for about 4 years.

I just got the Masterbuilt 40".  I like it, but I have the same issues of not enough smoke and the temperature in the unit being 15-20° F lower than whats on the display.

I use the Maverick remote thermometer.

I read on this forum that you can call Masterbuilt and they will give you updated parts to create more smoke and a new digital readout?
