Hi! My name is Trace.  I live in Indianapolis, IN (home of the Colts!) with my husband and 3 kids ages 15, 10, and 4!  I got turned on to smoking meat when my husband bought me a regular charcoal/wood smoker about 2 years ago.  I have smoked picnics, pork roasts, shoulders, ribs, venison.  My newest feat today is smoking a chuck roast, just didnt want to use the crockpot..lol.... I love to cook and so does my husband so for holidays and birthdays and special days we love to cook together, my husband calls me the diva smoker.  Great to be here for some awesome new ideas :)

If you didn't read the Terms of Service notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those pesky little rules before plunging into the forums. Rule #11......"Off Site Links are not allowed here at SMF" is something new. There are other simple guidelines for all of us to remember as we interact here.
