Hello my name is Lou and I am a novice smoker in the mountains of North Georgia.  I am liking smoking and have become good at pork and chicken.  I am open to trying anything new and ideas.  I like to use mustard and rubs to marinate my chicken or pork prior to smoking.  I am going to give a try to baked potatoes.  I have an upright propane smoker.  Look forward to discovering new ideas on this forum!
