Hi all,

I'm relatively new to smoking. Just lately I've been using my 22" Weber Kettle with a Slow 'N Sear from Adrenaline Barbeque, and I'm encouraged to continue.  Yesterday I smoked a little pork tenderloin with apple wood. I'd rubbed it with Meat Church's Deez Nuts, and I must say it was really good: tender smoky and delicious.  I look forward to learning from you all and sharing what I learn as well.

Welcome to the forum!  That tenderloin looks great!
