So after having a few meals from my father -in-laws smoker, I decided to get a pellet smoker. I got a decent deal on a Traeger Jr. and i have been loving it. I've done a whole chicken (which was totally delicious), a beef roast which was tender and juicy, and I've even done wings this past Sunday for a small football party. Everybody loved the wings. I will be doing tons of more smoking and will post pictures in the future of my meats.
