I just put together and seasoned my new Smoke Hollow #8 smoker. I have smoked for many years in a Little Chief smoker, made beef jerky mny times with great success. Now I am looking forward to smoking and cooking in this new smoker I have. I am also thinking abut converting it to Natural Gas since my patio grill is already NG and the quick disconnect is already installed. I am going to try out the smoker this weekend with a turkey. Wish me luck...LOL. Iam looking around here for tips instead of learning the hard way.
