Avocado is great as is coconut oil. It is not true that olive oil turns to trans fat however. It can burn and taste a bit funny at higher heat.

Reason I ask is because I pretty much eat anything and my blood tests have come back normal for the last 7 years (7 years ago is when I started having blood tests done).

As far as I know that's pretty normal for a 33 year old.
From the time I was 20 until I was 40, I never even saw a Dr except for 2 Broken Ankles.
