Seems like the thing now is the new hip group hoping everything goes well for everyone.
My wife has had both replaced 2 years apart. Not sure wither it was the first one or the second but anyway our grand daughter would have either been 6 or 8. In the hall way across from wife's room they had a show case with all the replacement parts on display. I was showing the grand daughter the hip explaining how the ball rotated in the socket. Then I said why after this we will be able to spin mom moms leg like the hands on the clock. The look on her face was priceless and she replies really.
