just bought a smokin-it #3

I just bought a smokin it #3 and am excited as hell to get started.  I bought a 733 and a jerky blower for it. What do you recommend for the first meal? I am new to this so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your advice in advance.

You cannot go wrong with pork ribs.  Congrats on the smoker.
