I normally just use Grub Rub on my ribeye's. @civilsmoker posted one using Gordon Ramsey marinade and wanted to give it a try.

Fried up some Okra.

This 30 year old Weber Silver B works as good as it did new!

These Ribeyes I cut up from Rib Roast last year are so good. Steak topped with one of Keith's onion.

Nothing wrong with that plate at all.

How did you like the marinade

That looks tasty, oh and you can always pull it from the marinade and then top with with the rub…..best of both worlds!

That whole plate looks fantastic!!!

Love me some ribeyes!!! I can't do okra though. My dad scarred me as a kid by making me eat boiled okra. I won't touch it now haha.

Everything looks great! I like Gordon's marinade for chucks or skirt.

Great job Brian! I like a good rib eye. And this looks perfectly cooked.

Nicely done Brian. That plate looks fantastic.

Point for sure
Chris

Steak looks great Brian and I can eat my weight in fried okra! But always hated having to cut it from the garden.
Age makes you appreciate things like my dad's 2 acre garden.

Keith
