Another new guy here. Retired Air Force firefighter, went back to work for the federal government as a firefighter. Lived in Texas for a 4 year assignment and got hooked on smoked meats. I finally got a new smoker this past weekend at Cabela's. I got the new Cajun Injector two door smoker. I'm looking forward to reading recipes and helpful tips on smoking various meats and such.
