Doing 6 racks and beans today for a family get together. They're all expecting burgers and dogs.

Ok, about 5 hours in now. Here's how they're comming.

Out of the foil.


Mopping with Cattleman's, thinned with Apple Juice and a little bourbon.
 
Man those are looking good. What's with all the skewers in the first pics? Is that to keep them seperated in the rib rack?

SOTN, my daughters were looking over my shoulder when i pulled this up and they have given you a thumbs up. It does look great. Nice job.
 
Yes, since I did not trim the spares, they were too big for the racks. I used the skewers to keep some space between them in the smoker.
 
Nice looks Ribs... I had great luck smoking them whole and not cutting the St Louis style. Any pics of them cut up??

I took them straight off the smoker, cut them, and left. Here's what was left though. I Vac sealed them for later. I also vac'd the tips to use in beans later too.
