Prepping some thighs and used a can of this to marinate. My question is can I still eat the peppers if I add them to the grill?

Heat them to a safe temp . No different than cooking chicken that was in the soak .
You just don't want to baste at the end or eat them uncooked .
Thanks Chop that's what I thought but wanted a 2nd opinion. Only me eating the peppers so no real dangers 😂 .

Used the 2 rubs and love the Lane's Legendary Chicken and the wife really likes the Tequila Lime flavor.

Added some Heath Riles Simple Citrus to the roasted japs and they were great!
Saving them for the leftover pulled chicken tacos for week.

My plate with some beans and squash.
Had another chicken part and no sauce needed.

Got a bunch of good options with that line up . Rice bowl , on a tortilla ,, Pasta ,, making me hungry !
And that's the plan for tomorrow night.
On a big , loaded tortilla!
Looks like it’ll be a great meal!
It was tasty for sure and she loved the new lime flavor. He makes a great Hot Honey rub that is very good but she can have the lime.

Yes sir eat away!
And the crispy ones were extra good!
Spayed them down with butter and add some more flavors 😋
How were those "juicy thighs"?
I frequently cook out my marinades to make a finishing sauce.

I kept my comments in my head. Gotten in trouble a few time.
They had a slight hint on the japs on mine and pickle juice on hers. I'll plan ahead next time and shoot for 4-6 hrs or so on the soak.

Thanks Ryan but never seem to able to capture the 'Kodak moment" like so many here have mastered.
Cook every weekend and plan to post but always kinda disappointed in the photos.
Too old to learn these techno tricks!

Funny, just watched a YouTube video showing the same can of jalapenos and was wondering the exact same thing as I was adding it to my shopping menu on my phone. The video did not say anything about after marinating.

They have great flavor and bring some heat. Wish I would have tasted the juices before dumping them in the zip lock bag.
Even though they were very good off the grill, I may try hitting them in a hot skillet next time.
