Folks call me Pope (I'm not catholic, my name is John Paul II).  I recently bought a Brinkmann Trailmaster and have been smoking everything in sight since then, some successfully, some just tolerable but no failures.  I am a father of five with another one on the way so i needed a big smoker and i have been very happy with the Trailmaster.  My smoker was a very very early father's day present so i had a few folks laugh about how my wife was trying to make it fun to cook so she didn't have to.  what they don't understand is that i was the one pushing for the smoker because  love cooking and now theres fire involved, can it get any better?  i look forward to learning more and more about smoking, both from trial and error, and from your posts
