Long time lurker, finally joined after many years of gaining excellent information from a very educated community.  I've tried several models of electric, propane, and charcoal smokers over the years. Recently purchased an AMNPS and tried it out on a first bacon smoke using Bear's method.  Worked very well. Located in Central Ohio.  Headed out to check on the 13 pound brisket for New Years.  Thanks to Dutch for some excellent tips for brisket, pulled pork, and beans.  Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year.
