Doing the seasoning now after the burn to clean. Two packages of bacon on. Got the wifi working. I know it is sad but the next cook is going to be baking pizza. But that is one of the thing I have wanted to try, don't have much time and Moma likes P M take home bake pizza. After that I will do a few chicken breasts for me. Trying to find the guest login for wifi don't seem to have it working yet

She's a beauty!! Gotta love the sight of bacon on the grill!! Nothing wrong with P M pizza on the grill, I have done a few myself and they turned out great.

Got photos of pizza before it was all gone. The one I put in the Mak warmer box while the other one baked. It's crust is a little browner. Can adjust for that. The taste was very good. Defiantly different than the oven. The light smoke flavor was great.

had left over pizza tonight. Still very good. Was raining here this evening so didn't get to play more. Can not wait to try some chicken on it.
Learning to use the wifi part. Have the text working. Very handy so I don't have to keep looking at something to check temps. Was doing some catching up on iPad and knew to stop when got the text. Pizza said to do for 12-18 min. So I set the program to change steps/text me after 12, 15, and 18 min so I could check it. If I wanted to do the crisper crust could add one at 10. I name them to remind me what I am to do.
