Hi everyone.  Its nice to meet you all.  I live in Central NY and I am a novice smoker.  I've used a propane smoker the last 5 years.  However, I've just sold it and will be upgrading to a Smokin-It model.  Basically, I've just ventured into shoulders and ribs.  I'm hoping the temperature control of the Smokin-It smoker will allow me to get (nd tastier) better results.
