Hi everyone! I'm new to smoking and buying my first smoker grill from costco- the big green egg imitation- I can't remember the company name. I should have it in a few days so I'm excited to get started. This looks like a great forum to learn a ton about smoking- and the Blackhawks were getting beat up pretty good tonight, so it seemed like a good time to sign up.
