I am going to try my luck at Jerky Shooting.
I plan on smoking them in my GOSM
I was looking into the Camp Chef Aluminum Jerky Shooters. I have read mixed reviews about the Cabelas Shooter.
I have a grill by Camp Chef and the customer service is 100%
Any recommended wire racks?
What size racks will I need, many just say 18†or 24â€[emoji]8482[/emoji] but are rectangular in shape?
Are these designed just to fit ovens.
Does anyone have experience with these?
Are there any good mixes out there?
When making snack sticks are casings used?
Is there anything else I need to know
