making my first fattie tomorrow I think I will stuff mushrooms onion cheese and peppers. Also smoking a chicken and some kind of mushrooms. will the fattie take less time then the buzzard. I guess it depends on how thick the fattie is. Lets here some coments.
 
Standard fattie at 1 lb usually takes around 2 hr's at 230 but i like my bird cooked at a higher temp!!
 
Might take a lil longer, look for 160*..
