That is a great looking meal. The char on that chicken is perfect. The combo of flavors is interesting. The plating is money!! Very nice all around.

Thank you for the kind words Jeff. The combo of the jerk and chimichurri went surprisingly well, mainly because the dry rubbed seasoning is a bit more subtle and sweet. I never would have done this if I marinated the chicken. Plus I really needed to trim my herbs back and I won't trim them without finding a way to use them up.

That’s a great looking meal. I want a jar of those dills!

Dave

Thanks Dave! I've been munching on the dills the day after I made them. Had a few with a bloody mary and called it a lunch. They're super easy to make and I don't have to worry about canning them because they will be gone before then.

Joe, That looks Fantastic, I love those flavors

Gary

Thank you Gary, I appreciate it.

Dang that looks tasty for sure and nice touch on the fresh garden items!!!

Thanks CS, I agree with the garden items. Good thing is they're growing like crazy so I'll be doing more dills, chimichurri and pesto shortly.

We just did jerk chicken the other night. That looks absolutely awesome!

Thank you JCAP, I appreciate it. I have a lot of jerk seasoning to go through and looking to try others, so it will be on the menu often.

OMG Joe. That is an absolutely spectacular, magazine quality, and carousel worthy meal right there my friend. Excellent job and a big LIKE. Those chicken breasts are just to die for but that chimichurri is breathtaking!!

Robert

Thanks for the kind words Robert, I appreciate it. The chimichurri was so good. I just eyeball it anymore when making it. There were a few spoonfuls after dinner so I just ended up eating it by itself. I paid for that.

Hell yeah Joe that looks awesome man! Perfect grill marks on that chicken and fresh chimichurri on top? Don't mind if I do. Nice presentation as well. Should be front and center!

Thanks John, it really was a nice meal with minimal planning. I appreciate the kind words.

Now that one fine looking plate of chicken right there. Excellent Job Joe

Point for sure
Chris

Thanks for the point Chris, I appreciate it. I'll trade ya for some of those killer looking burgers you made last week!

Joe, that is one fine lookin' meal buddy!

And I have the same jerk seasoning that Sue and I bought when we were in Jamaica.... :emoji_laughing:

BIG LIKE!

John

Thanks John I appreciate it! Better start using that seasoning up! There's a few other kinds I want to try but I don't want to try that until the last of this is gone. I would imagine that same type of seasoning is everywhere there. Kind of like us going to a store to buy Old Bay, it's the same stuff everywhere.
