Jeff's Rub Recipe

I purchased both Rub and BBQ Sauce recipes some time ago and was going to use today to BBQ some country ribs. I guess I have misplaced or it got tossed last time I used it. How can I retrieve another copy of both (it was on two sided printed paper). Thanking you in advance. If I am able to retrieve again I wii store on my iPad along with your book I purchased.
