Grilled a steak this Canada Day. Seasoned with Hy's Seasoning Salt.

Had an idea to sprinkle some rub after I flipped the steak. It absorbed most of the moisture that accumulates on top of a steak and formed a crusty coating.

In otherwords, it turned out great. No sloppy mess as one would get with a sauce.
