Jeff.....I just wanted to say…when I first read that you were publishing a book, what could possibly be in this book, any different than what I have read over the years in your newsletters.?
However since I first stumbled onto your website some time ago I have been rewarded with some Super meals that I have produced with your guidance.
So to support a good cause I told my wife for a B-day gift I would like this book.
She ordered it and what seem like forever I got it….
Over the Holiday weekend I took some time to relax and picked up your book….
My first impression was Holy Cow!
From the start I really like the way it is laid out.
It is friendly in nature, with pictures of farm animals and funny notes.
I was really surprised that this is not just a read on smoking meats, it has a plethora of information on other complimentary recipes for your main meals.
Too often I purchase a recipe book and thumb through it just to highlight a few items of interest, well I want to say …Not this book..!
It really got me rejuvenated to get back to the smoker for some really creative main meals with some very unique additions….
I will be ordering more to give out to friends and family….
