I'm done baking for the mkt.

Couple medium rye.
Left rye no additive but salt
Right added 20g molasses.

Left jalapeno/cheddar
Right jalapeno/cheddar/scallion

Left is Wheat Montana natural white.
Right plain old KA Bread flour.
