This Little Red Smokehouse was never used commercially. It has been for my private use. I painted it black because the red always looked dingy from the smoke. Black is real easy to maintain and keep looking nice. You can tell by the racks it didn't get used much. It works perfect. I'm doing more grilling these days than smoking so it's time to go. I'm located in 91709, Chino Hills California
