Finally. This is as good as it gets.
There was a whole stove full of food also, and at least four pies, plus cookies and home made bread. Didn't even get around to making my apple crisp. I'll do it over the weekend when we start running low on desserts.
I've been up since 4am yesterday. Probably going to crash hard now.

So the bad thing about smoking a good brisket, is that it goes so fast. Two days later and none of the two briskets that I smoked is left. Now I wish I had another one to smoke just to enjoy.
