One with my regular sweet chipotle pork rub to slice for breakfast meat. One that is stuffed with cream cheese, onion, garlic, orange bell peppers and wrapped in uncured bacon. Smoked over apple to about 145. They're both resting now.

The stuffed one was devoured before I could get the camera out!
 
Smoked tenderloin makes for some really good sliced pork sandwiches.
