We started the neighborhood competition tonight. 8 Butts, 4 x 2 Pnd Tri Tips, 3x Spare Ribs, almost 4 gallons on Gary’s beans, and 50 twice smoke potatoes for three events: Chefs choice at 1300 Sat, people’s choice from 1500 to 1800, the Rib judges panel at 1800. It’s open so we’re using two pellet poopers, and 4 kettles. Looking forward to sharing with anyone who cares to take the time to watch. I’m the most experienced on 7 on the team…which is scary. Lots of nice big rigs out here for a neighborhood event!
