Issues with Maverick 733???

Here was my problem today.

Plug in my probe to my 733 today and it shows 151 degrees (it is in my hand).  I plug it into the other port same thing.... I proceed to change out probe for a brand new one....same issue.  Repeat with 3 other probes.... same issue.  Reset, replace batteries with fresh ones.... repeat over and over.  Finally give up and grab my 735 (which I am not a fan of)  and finish the cook.

I've never experienced that issue.  I have replaced both probes over the past 3 years and batteries.  Did yours get wet?

​It has never been wet and I tried it with the new probes... I took the batteries out for 24 hours to see if that helps.  Pretty much grabbing at every idea right now.

Sure sounds like a warranty issue to me. Give Maverick a call and explain the problem.

It must be an electronics issue, both ports giving the same incorrect reading with different probes.  I'd contact the factory.

I shot them an email today.  Hope they can help me out.  I refuse to use the 735....
