Issues Uploading Pics

Has anyone else noticed an issue with uploading pictures from a mobile device into a post?  

I have a Samsung phone that I take all my pictures with, and the last couple times I've had to send them to my computer to upload them to the site.  Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Loading pics on the mobile version hasn't been working for weeks.

The admins are probably only using the desktop version (or other workarounds) so they are not in a hurry to fix it.
