Got my barrel today and wondering if this lid fits "standard" barrel. woudl get me lid and two grates prety cheap??

Now I would just call that a Brinkman smoker not a barrel. The normal barrel smokers (UDS) are normally a 55 gal drum I would think.

I guess i was unclear. I have a 55 gal drum. Was wondering if this lid/grates could be used for my UDS build? Thanks!!

I have one of these, started with it about 20 years ago and still use it some. these grates would be to small for a 55 gal drum.probably be more in line with a 15 or 16 gal without measuring I would say around the size of a 5 gal bucket

Yes that is an ECB, but they are only about 15" or so in diameter, and would be too small to use for a UDS.
