This seems to be the one with most favorable reviews. Gen 1 with the top vent vs the side vent.

I have the same style except with the glass window. Love it!

Yes, That is a Gen1. It is a good one. I have the same smoker and it works well after you learn it's quirks. Quirks not really just how they cook. 159.00 delivered is a great price as far as I am concerned.

Go for it.... Check the mods folks have done to improve it... I really like mine after about a dozen mods.... some failed.... but the final mod version ROCKS....

Good with what I have. I posted this for the guys shopping around. Figured it's a decent price with free shipping if it was the good model.

This is the one I own and I love it. However, I use the 5x8 A-MAZE-N Pellet Smoker and the Maverick ET-733 thermometer and get excellent results. Using wood chips was just too much of a hassle and you can't trust the temp display on the MES. $159 is an excellent price since I paid $30 more for mine.

Saw this post and I had just ordered this model from Amazon for $177 last Sat. (8/30).  NOW it's listed on their sight for $159!

Since it hadn't shipped yet (still processing the order?), I could cancel the order, which I did.  As soon as I got the confirmation email that the order had been canceled, I returned to the Amazon site and reordered it at the lower $159 price.  10% off just by doing a few mouseclicks, love it!
