I know this is crazy but is it normal to get the screaming goose poops from everything I smoke. This don't happen when I eat at bbq restaurants.

Might want to take a look at the rubs you are using, might be a spice in there that doesn't agree with you that maybe restaurants don't use.

It's everyone not just me. I was thinking it might be the oak I was putting in with the hickory or to much creosote
