I was given a Brinkman SnP by a friend of mine a few weeks ago. Overall it's in great
shape. I want to try my first attempt at pork ribs soon but from what I have read the SnP is hard to hold temp for extended periods. I don't really want to put any $$ into mods because I plan to upgrade to a better unit down the road. As it sits un-modded can I hold 225-250 for 6 hrs or so? Would you charcoal base then wood feed from there on out? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Oh and this is my first post, love the forum[emoji]128077[/emoji]
