Iq 110 with kamado

Ok i got my iq110 today on my akorn.. Question is top damper how would you want it set to maintain temp????

Ive watched that many time. Just curious about anyone else.

At 250 set the akorn will go between 235 and 260 according to my 2 seperate probes and oven thermometer.
