Another Iowegian!!

I have been smoking for numerous years now...never really new what the heck I was doing but eventually got it figured out. My wife will kill for my pulled pork so I guess I will HAVE to keep smoking it!!!
This looks like a fantastic site and I look forward to learning and sharing along the way!
I live in central Iowa so if any of you want to get together sometime to do some BBQ let me know!!

I'm wondering if Pigpuller was a "lurker" before join the SMF Family. . . . He sure has a handle on posting the food porn. No bad for someone with only 3 posts under their belt!!

Nice to have you with us Pigpuller. Some of the old timers like me had to learn this art by trial and error (make that a LOT of errors) 'til we got it right. The Newbies here are the lucky recipients of that knowledge if they study these pages and ask the right questions.

I wasn't lurking on this site but on many hunting and fishing ones so I have had experience posting pics. It just so happened that I was smoking brisket when I basically signed up so I said what the heck...might as well post a pic or 2. Thanks for the welcome guys....looking forward to expanding my knowledge of bbq!!
