Inventory

I did an inventory of my cheese stock and it is below 10lbs and I am all out of mozzarella, that's not good! Well Kroger has cheese on sale for $2.99/lb so I went and picked up 5 1/2lbs, that should bring my inventory back up!

Good idea! Temperatures are reasonable this time of year for cheese.

I get mine from Sam's Club.

Baker and Chef Brand in 5# blocks. Sharp Cheddar $13.17 and Mozzarella $10.98

Frigo String Cheese is 3# for $8.68

I usually smoke 20# of blocks and 6# of string each time.
