Hey guys, and gals,
New to the forum here, thought I would look around and see what I can learn. Been seriously smoking for about 5 years now, I have a couple of stick burners that I have built, one traditional and one reverse flow, I have a gas cabinet smoker, and a Weber Mini currently in my arsenal. I am in the works of building a T style pit and I will keep everyone up to date on that build when I start back into it. I live in College Station, TX, but I am native to South Texas.
