You can call me silvercliff. I'm from far Northeast Wisconsin close to the U.P. border (I shop In Iron Mountain Mi.)  We just had our end of winter celebration at my church, which means..., we have 18" of fresh snow on top of a of several feet of snow that has been hanging out here since November.  The temp this morning was about 0.

Before I fire the smoker, I need to dig it out, and defrost it, BUT!  before I do that, I'm going to go ice fishing, and get some fish to smoke.  I'm thinking of going south to the "Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field" to warm up.
