Hi yall! I’m glad to see a forum like this exists. I go by K and I live in NJ. I have a WSM smoker but was able to add a massive Dyna-glo offset smoker to the collection. Hope to have many yummy conversations in the future.

I also struggle to sleep, and it sucks, so you'll see me around here at odd hours. I live in CA in NorCal, but you couldn't tell by the hours I log on.

This is a great site, the admin's and mod's don't put up with any crap, which is refreshing for the interwebs these days.
