Hello,
My name is John and I live in Orange County. I'm new to the forums but have been a subscriber to Jeff's newsletters for almost a year, shortly after I got my egg style cooker. I have tried many of Jeff's recipes and liked every single one. I use the egg for everything from slow smoking big pieces of meat to grilling steaks and baking pizza's. My favorite pizza was smoked chicken leftover from the day before with fresh pesto made from basil grown in the garden and mozzarella.
