had just put 2 racks of ribs on when the neighbor dropped by with a wagon full of hay. With potential rain tonight, had to unload. Set the smoker down to 200 and unloaded 75 bales of hay. I think I’m getting too old for this stuff. Ribs at 130 IT now, so it doesn’t look like dinner was disturbed too much.
 
PN you did the right thing One helped your neighbor and two turned down the heat. I remember 120.lb bales, makes my back hurt to think about them. Dan
