Sorry for the new thread but I have so many questions going in my original thread I though I should start another one a little more basic.

I am going to start building a plywood smoker. I was thinking of 1/2" plywood inside and outside of a 2x4 framed box. My question is what can I use to insulate between the sheets?

Would this work? http://www.homedepot.ca/product/roxul-safensound-for-wood-studs-16-in-on-centre/972187

Or what about a rigid foam type? http://www.homedepot.ca/product/foa...igid-insulation-24-inch-x-96-inch-x-15/925587

Thanks
