Anyone know where you can purchase Roxul Rock Board? I need some sort of hard board insulation and I cant find it anywhere here in Jacksonville, FL. Is there any other brand that would work that is easier to get? Thanks for you help

GP, morning.... You may have to order it on line and have it delivered...  What are you doing with it... what is it going in... what are the temps you are  planning to attain... There may be another alternative if we knew what you needed it for.....   Dave

I am using it to re-insulate my fridge. The steel shell I had made for the inside fits so snug that regular insulation wont stay in place. I have exactly 1 inch space im between the steel cooking chamber and the exterior of the fridge. I am going to have a wood burning stove close to the fridge that will probably burn around 600*. There will be a steel tube running from the stove to the fridge that will run through the insulation so It needs to withstand 600* atleast. 750* to be safe. Hopefully this helps.

GP, evening..... Using an insulated refer for a smoker, you can heat it with a few light bulbs and make smoke with an AMNPS..... Why are you connecting the refer to a wood stove that would heat your shop just fine ???   How is that going to work.... just curious...   Not trying to be an a-hole here, but the plan doesn't make sense to me....     Dave

I am using the wood stove which is a 55 gal drum conversion as a side fire box. My fridge is electric but i cant use that for competitions. Im connecting the barrel stove to the fridge with an 8in diameter pipe to transfer the heat. I am basically mak8ng it universal between electric and wood burning.
