Ok so here is where I am at. After just finishing my first UDS and already planning my next I really got this itch and I'm talking a HUGE ITCH. I'm talking the kinda itch that looks like a 30" diameter by 60" trailer mounted INSULATED round offset smoker! Big itch right?
So I haven't had the plans drawn up yet but I definitely have some really good ideas in my head I really just am ready to get this thing jammed out on paper to make any changes I might want to make from my ideas and then to present them to the forum and those who have built trailer mounted rigs before. Being meticulous this could turn into a really big task for me but in the end I think this is going to be my life long love child!!
If you have any references for builds or just any input please let me know I love idea swapping!!
