Going to build my first smokehouse out of plywood, However would like to know what the best material fro the inside walls that wont contaminte the food i smoke?
I get mine from Butcher Packer (links included in name). I got a dozen ham hooks, 100 ct ham bags and 6 bacon hangers. The hooks and hangers wash up like new in the dishwasher and will last a lifetime.
