Injecting Brisket question

Hello,

Well I have the grilling bug!!  I wanted to find out has anyone used any phosphates as part of there injections into their briskets?  If so, would anyone care to share  the name brand they use.  I am looking to trying new things and jsut into experimenting with brisket.  I look forward to hearing from any and all.

I want meat w/ less chemicals . all i inject is some broth w/ some seasoning in it.
