Incredable Butt

Made it down to meet Walking Dude last lite, and he had just opened up the foil on a pork butt, i tried it , and was set back, FANTASTIC. This was his first ,so he says, if it only gets better after the first one, then i'm sellen my smoker and moveing in next to him. He also made some beens that was great also, good cook in my opinion, says its all his wifes doing.

Was it slice or pulled? I have made a few pulled but haven't tried it sliced yet.....

Pulled, Nicely,, Had a VERY beutuful barq and a taste to die for, ,
I'm tellen ya, that butt was one of the best i have ever had, just short of rolling your eyes back in your head and fallen to your knees.

WD has pics i think, i hope so. This was a last minute get tagather, so i did'nt have a pic taker with me.
